ASPECTS OF NUCLER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING

Basic information:

The journal has been published since 1972. Issues of the scientific and technical journal "Aspects of nucler science and engineering. Series: Materials Science and New Materials" (VANT) are devoted to issues in nuclear materials science. The "Materials Science and New Materials" series has been published from 1989 to the present. The journal "VANT. Series: Materials Science and New Materials" presents research results on physical materials science, radiation damage, activation and transmutation of materials, the physics of radiation phenomena, the mechanisms of formation of the initial and radiation microstructure, theory, modeling, and experimental studies of defects, structure, and properties of materials. In addition to articles by institute staff and leading industry experts, the journal issues include materials based on papers presented at the "Materials of Nuclear Engineering" (MANTE) conferences over the years. In addition, the VANT journal addresses current issues related to changing defense priorities, the development of new technologies, including the structuring of materials with nanoparticles, the development of new alloys, special types of heat treatment, etc.
